However, the feedback so far is telling us to focus our energies and efforts elsewhere.  If you are using these and finding them useful or have suggestions on what would make them more useful, please comment below so that we can determine how to move forward. Thanks in advance! Love and miss you guys, Derrick

Introducing Digging Deeper...Starting with Colossians

Need a new Bible study? Do you struggle with starting a new Bible study only to find it is either not challenging enough or it is too challenging and you quickly abandon it? Perhaps this method of Bible study will help you. I'll introduce it more in the video below. Here are some links: Digging Deeper Instructions Digging Deeper - Colossians And if you need a little help getting started on understanding the audience, what was going on for them, and what the book as a whole is about, below is the Colossians overview presented by the Bible Project.

Designed to Heal

Did you know the human body was very complex? Have you ever heard someone give a list (sometimes with too much scientific jargon for us to be able to understand) of all the life giving and sustaining processes that are going on simultaneously? Have you ever considered the healing process? What does it take for a body to heal itself? Further, have you ever considered how these relate or give us a living example of how the "body" of Christ works? Below is a video two women (a pediatrician and a geneticist) utilize their knowledge and experience in both the field of biology and medicine as well as their love for God's Word. Ever known a "Christian" (a member of the "body" of Christ) to be injured or wounded? Can the body heal itself? If so, what is the process? Very interesting discussion. If you want to read more after watching the video, an amazon link to their book is below (this site and author are not endorsing and are not being paid to advertise for
